Do you need to remember who has the objects of the company?, or when you have returned it to his owner?, if the return status is the same delivery, whether the resource is available ...

Quienlo is the app to help you manage when a resource is available, who has it and the state in which it is located.

How does he do it?

Relating to each product a unique ID through bar code, serial number or BIDI code, which Quienlo is able to recognize and work with it.

The app scans the product ID you want to borrow and automatically recorded in your name.

Whats the point?

So anything perish Quienlo requires that every object is always linked to someone, so that the latter person is responsible for knowing where the object is rendered.

A good practice is that a user of the application is responsible for having associated all products of the company, so that when someone borrows an object, the object is no longer linked to the manager and go to join the user request. When you want to return, the manager has to re-link the object and therefore be recorded that the borrowed object has been returned.

This way you always know who is the person who is the object, if returned, and when he has done.

How can we know if it was returned in good condition?

Quienlo allows you to take pictures of every damage that may have an object, storing the date when the picture was taken, allowing to find a flaw check whether it is new or already existed.

Where is the information stored?

Quienlo is associated with a backoffice accessible from web, which sends all the information collected go mobile.

The Backoffice offers multiple management tools, such as massive imports of all products of the company, as well as notification of incidents, see who has a product and more.

Quienlo makes managing inventory of all sensitive objects passed from hand to hand by the different people that make up your company.
